JENNA SEAVER - TEAM LEADER
Jenna Seaver brings energy, integrity and hard work to every aspect of your real estate transaction. As a member of Keller Williams Luxury International Real Estate Division and as a Global Property Specialist, Jenna has unique insights into buying, selling and investing in property on the Florida coast, that allows her to match her clients to distinctive properties that suit their individual needs, and to reach beyond the local market to find eager buyers.
Originally from the Boston area, Jenna has bought and sold real estate over the last four decades from Hawaii to Maine, and most recently the sunny First Coast. She is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients, and specializes in providing life style investments that provide lasting value.
Jenna uses her experience and foresight to proactively address transaction details before they become a problem. She helps her clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction beginning with the pre-qualification, moving through multiple inspections, and communication regarding every detail of the transaction to closing day.
With a background in business development, Jenna started working in real estate after successfully selling her first business venture in Boston when she began a string of restoration projects. Her love of architecture and restoration drew her to settle in St. Augustine where she helps people find that special combination of aesthetics, comfort and convenience. She lives on Vilano Beach.
